On Friday, Aug. 4, Jerry Walsh, 57, of Scranton, passed away unexpectedly at home.
Jerry will be remembered by his "Just Dandy" attitude, as well as the love and passion towards his family and friends—most importantly, his grandchildren. Many will also remember him for his hard work and dedication over the last 37 years working with Tom's Floor Shop. Jerry was a jack of all trades; and a master of none.
He was the son of Eileen Ulrich Walsh and the late Jerome T. Walsh of Scranton. Also surviving are his wife, Sharon Shehadi; a sister, Sandra and husband, Jeff, all of Scranton; three daughters, Shauna Walsh and fiancé, William Hoffman, Briana Shehadi, all of Scranton; and Sabrina and husband, Nicholas Montes, Ocala, Fla.; a niece, Brianna and husband, Dan Schofield; a nephew, Daniel Corcoran; and Jerry's work partner, Sharif Nevous, all of Scranton; and two grandchildren, Raylyn Montes, Ocala Fla.; and Richard "Little Dicky" Hoffman, Scranton.
Jerry's family will hold a celebration of life at home, where he spent most of his time with family. Please contact Briana Shehadi, c/o Neil W. Regan Funeral Home Inc., at services@nwrfh.com for service information.
